Olive oil
Seasoning of your choice

Directions:
Directions:
Cut potatoes into fries and soak in cold water for 30 minutes.
Dry the fries.
Put in a large bowl and add oil and seasoning.
Lay fries on parchment paper, so the fries do not touch one another.
Bake 400 - 30 minutes then,
Bake 425 - 20 minutes.
