3/4 cups plus 2 tsp oil
2 cups sugar
4 eggs, beaten
2 cups grated carrots
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Combine oil, sugar, eggs, carrots.
Mix to blend
Add flour, salt, soda, cinnamon, and nutmeg, blend well.
Pour into greased bundt pan.
Bake 1 hour, or till done.
Dust with powdered sugar
