2 medium-sized heads of broccoli (or 1 lrg bag of frozen)
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 T lemon juice
2 T mayonnaise (or Miracle Whip)
2 T white wine
tsp curry powder
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Break the broccoli into medium pieces (i.e. large bite sized) and steam (microwave or stove top) until desired softness. Whip all other ingredients together in a medium sized pan and cook/stir until smooth and hot.
Place broccoli in a flat bottomed serving bowl; pour sauce over broccoli. Sprinkle shredded cheese over surface and cover until cheese melts before serving.

This recipe was generated because my family enjoyed chicken divine--and even the broccoli part of it because of the sauce. So I began serving broccoli with the sauce. Amazing how many family and guests find that broccoli is "not so bad" when the sauce (and cheese) are partnered with it! In fact, it's often the only vegetable consistently on everyone's plate!
