3 C sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed 2 eggs 1 C sugar ½ C milk 1 ½ tsp vanilla ⅓ Stick butter
1 C brown sugar ½ stick butter ⅓ C flour 1 C chopped nuts
• Preheat oven 350°. • Mix sweet potatoes, eggs, sugar, milk, vanilla, and butter together and place in casserole dish. • Mix topping mix ingredients with fork thoroughly and put on top of sweet potatoes. • Bake for 30-35 minutes.
