1 c. "I can't Believe It's Not Butter"
1¾ c. firmly packed dark brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. all purpose flour
2 c. quick cooking oats
1 tsp. baking soda
¾ tsp salt
¼ c. water
1 c. butterscotch morsels
1 c. chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl beat margarine and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add vanilla. Combine flour, oats, baking soda and salt; add alternatively with water to creamed mixture. Stir in butterscotch morsels and nuts. Drop by heaping teaspoons onto a lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake in a preheated 375º oven 8 to 10 minutes until edges are lightly browned.
Makes about 6 dozen cookies.
