• 2 eggs • 1 ¾ cups milk • ½ cup margarine/butter, melted • 2 cups flour • 4 teas baking powder • 1 Tbsp sugar • ½ tea salt
1. Heat waffle iron 2. Beat eggs with hand mixer until fluffy 3. Beat in remaining ingredients until just smooth 4. Pour batter from cup/pitcher onto center of waffle iron 5. Bake until steaming stops (~ 5 min) Yield: 12 waffles (use ¼ cup measuring cup to pour)
