Ingredients:  
2 eggs
1 cups milk
cup margarine/butter, melted
2 cups flour
4 teas baking powder
1 Tbsp sugar
tea salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat waffle iron
2. Beat eggs with hand mixer until fluffy
3. Beat in remaining ingredients until just smooth
4. Pour batter from cup/pitcher onto center of waffle iron
5. Bake until steaming stops (~ 5 min)
Yield: 12 waffles (use cup measuring cup to pour)
