WHOLE BATCH
• 12 large eggs
• 1 gallon milk
• 1 big kitchen spoon of sugar per egg
HALF BATCH
• ˝ gallon milk
• 7 eggs
• 1 big kitchen spoon of sugar per egg

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat milk stirring constantly
2. Beat eggs well
3. Beat sugar into eggs (you can add a little salt to make it less sweet)
4. When milk is hot, slowly pour egg mixture into milk
5. Cook over low heat until it coats the back of the spoon
6. Don’t overcook (will curdle)
7. Remove pot from heat and place pot into cold water, stirring until cool.
8. Pour into empty milk container to store.
