• 2 sticks margarine
• 2 cups plain flour
• ½ pound sharp cheddar cheese, grated
• Ό teas salt
• 1 Ύ cup Rice Krispies

Directions:
Directions:
1) Preheat oven to 375 degrees
2) Mix margarine, flour, cheese and salt
3) Very stiff dough! Mixer won’t carry it – use your hands!
4) Then mix in Rice Krispies
5) Chill
6) Make into small (3/4” balls) and put on ungreased baking sheet
7) Dip flat bottom of a glass in flour and flatten the cookies with the glass
8) Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes
