3 pounds Beef cubes
2 cups chopped Onion
1½ cup Lard
1½ teaspoon caraway seed
½ teaspoon marjoram
2 Garlic cloves
2 Tablespoons paprika
¼ cup ketchup
1 teaspoon salt
6 hot boiled potatoes
3 boiled eggs, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion in fat for 5 minutes. Add beef, caraway seeds, marjoram, garlic, salt and 2 cups water. Bring to boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for one hour. Combine paprika, ketchup and 2T water. Add this mixture to the stew and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve with potatoes and egg slices
