• 1 cup margarine or butter, melted
• 2 cups sugar
• 1 cup flour
• 2/3 cup cocoa
• ½ teas baking powder
• 2 eggs
• ½ cup milk
• 3 teas vanilla
• 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
• 1 12 oz pkg semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 1 14 oz can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Combine margarine, sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, eggs, milk, and 1 ½ teas vanilla; beat well.
3. Stir in nuts. Spread in greased 13x9 inch baking pan. Bake 40 minutes or until brownies begin to pull away from sides of pan.
4. Just before brownies are done, melt chocolate chips with sweetened condensed milk in heavy saucepan over low heat. Add remaining 1 ½ teas vanilla. Remove from heat.
5. Spread over hot brownies. Cool. Chill. Cut into bars.
