Bars
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
4 eggs
16 oz can Hershey syrup
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup flour

Filling
2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup butter
2 tab milk
1 tsp peppermint extract
1/2 tsp green food coloring

Frosting
1 cup chocolate chips
6 tab butter

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350
Bars-mix all wet ingredients, then add flour. Grease a 10x15 pan, cook 30 minutes. Cool.
Filling-Beat all ingredients together and add to top of bars after cooled with spatula. Chill if filling is too soft.
Frosting-Spread with back of a spoon.
Cut small pieces, very rich.
