1 package potato soup mix, size: 787 grams that yields 10 servings
1 pound bacon
2 cans creamed corn
2 cans corn1 onion, chopped
4 liters of water
parmesan

Directions:
Directions:
1. Chop bacon, fry and drain. Using a bit of bacon fat, add to large pot and onions and fry until translucent.

2. Add 4 litres boiling water, stir in soup mix. Bring to a boil and add corn, simmering for 15 minutes.

3. When ready, top with pepper and parmesan cheese. Serve with sourdough bread.
