3 pound Roast
2 cups Red Wine Vinegar
2 cup Water
2 sliced Onions
1 sliced Carrott
6 Bay Leaves
6 Peppercorns
6 whole Cloves
1 tsp dry mustard
red wine
pint sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Combine outlined items into pan and marinate for 36 hours, turning occasionally. Remove meat, pat dry and fry lightly. Pour marinade over it and cook, covered, for 2 hours on low-medium heat until tender. Add water if necessary. Strain sauce and thicken with flour. Add sour cream when cool Slice meat, pour gravy over the top. Add red wine for flavor
