• 4 cups cubed cooked chicken
• 8 celery ribs, sliced
• 2 cans (8 oz each) sliced water chestnuts, drained
• 1 can (10 ¾ oz) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
• 1 ½ cups mayo
• 1 ½ cups sour cream
• 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
• ½ cup slivered almonds, toasted
• 2 Tbsp finely chopped onion
• 2 Tbsp lemon juice
• ½ teas salt
• ½ teas pepper
• ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
• ½ cup soft whole wheat bread crumbs

1. In a large bowl, combine the first 12 ingredients
2. Transfer to a greased 13 x 9 x 2” baking dish
3. Sprinkle with cheese and bread crumbs
4. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until heated through
