Ingredients:  
• 1 pound ground beef
• 1 -2 Tbsp dried minced onion
• ½ cup chopped green pepper (optional)
• 2 cans (6 oz each) tomato paste
• 2 cans (16 oz size) tomatoes, squished
• 3 – 4 cups water
• Salt and pepper – to taste
• 2 teas Worcestershire sauce
• 1 package (16 oz) spaghetti

Directions:
Directions:
1) Brown beef in Dutch oven until it loses its red color. If using peppers, cook with meat.
2) Add remaining ingredients plus 3 – 4 cups water.
3) Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer for 1 – 1 ½ hours (or until thickened)
4) Serve over cooked spaghetti – top with Parmesan cheese.
