Ingredients:  
Meatballs
• 1 ½ lbs ground beef
• 2/3 cup long grain white rice (uncooked)
• ½ cup water
• ¼ cup chopped onion
• 1 teas salt
• 1/8 teas pepper
Sauce
• 15 oz can tomato sauce
• 1 cup water
• 2 teas Worcestershire sauce
• 1-2 Tbsp brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Mix meatball ingredients. Shape into 1 ½ inch balls.
3. Mix ingredients for sauce.
4. Place meatballs into an ungreased 2 qt shallow baking dish. Pour sauce over meatballs.
5. Cover tightly with foil. Bake 55 minutes. Remove from oven, uncover. Return to oven and bake for 15-20 minutes more. Serve over rice with extra sauce.
