Ingredients:  
• 4-5 pound beef roast
• 1 ½ cups beef broth
• ½ cup brown sugar
• ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
• 1 Tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tsp salt
• ¼ cup crushed red pepper flakes
• 3 cloves garlic, pressed
• 1 pound baby carrots
• 2 pounds red potatoes, quartered
• 1 medium onion, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
1) In a small bowl, whisk together beef broth, brown sugar, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, salt, red pepper flakes and garlic
2) Place beef roast in crock pot and top with vegetables
3) Pour liquid mixture over the beef and vegetables
4) Cook on low for 6-8 hours
