3/4 cup chicken broth
2 tab sugar
2 tab corn starch
2 tab soy sauce
1 tab white wine vinegar
1/2 tsp ginger
2 tsp peanut oil
2 medium chopped scallions
2 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1 lb chicken breast
2 cups rice

Cook rice according to directions.
In Bowl, whisk broth, cornstarch, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar and ginger. Set aside.
Cook in olive oil, scallions garlic, pepper for two minutes.
Add diced chicken. Cook until brown about 5 minutes.
Add sauce to chicken until sauce thickens, about 3 minutes.
Add Broccoli
Serve over rice.
