2 lbs Idaho potatoes, peeled
1 stick unsalted butter
1 cup (8 oz) cream cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Milk for desired consistency

Directions:
1. Boil or steam potatoes until tender. Drain.
2. Add butter, cream cheese, salt, pepper, and milk. Mash ingredients together until at desired consistency.
