Ingredients:  
• 8-12 thick tomatoes
• 1 cup olive oil or salad oil
• 1/3 cup wine vinegar
• 2 teas oregano
• 1 teas salt
• ½ teas pepper
• ½ tea dry mustard
• 2 cloves garlic, crushed
• Crisp lettuce
• Minced green onions
• Snipped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
1) Arrange tomatoes in 8x8 baking dish.
2) In jar, shake oil, vinegar, oregano, salt, pepper, mustard, garlic.
3) Pour over tomatoes.
4) Cover; chill 2-3 hours, spooning dressing over tomatoes occasionally.
5) Arrange on lettuce; sprinkle cut onion and parsley.
6) Drizzle some dressing over top.
