• 2 packages frozen broccoli
• 1 roll garlic cheese (6 oz)
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup
• ½ onion
• 2 – 3 pieces celery
• 1 stick oleo
• Ritz crumbs or Progresso bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2) Cook broccoli until tender
3) Sauté onion and celery in oleo
4) Add soup and cheese
5) Mix until cheese melts
6) Add broccoli and pour mixture into casserole
7) Cover with cracker crumbs or Progresso bread crumbs
8) Cook at 350 degrees
*Garlic cheese is no longer available. Substitute 12 oz Velveeta and add ½ to 1 teas garlic powder.
