• 32 oz frozen hash browns
• ½ cup spring onions
• 1 cup sour cream (8 oz)
• ½ teas pepper
• ½ teas salt
• ½ cup butter, melted
• 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
• 1 can cream of chicken soup
• Butter
• Corn flakes

1) Slightly thaw hash browns
2) Sauté onion in butter
3) Mix with rest of ingredients and add to potatoes
4) Cover and refrigerate overnight
5) Preheat oven to 350 degrees
6) Sit out 20 minutes before baking
7) Melt butter and add corn flakes and top casserole with mixture
8) Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes
