1-2 lbs Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thighs
1 lb Linguiça
2 large cans Stewed Tomatoes
1 large jar Spaghetti Sauce
White Rice
Bay Leaves
Paprika
Salt and Pepper

Directions:

Pre-Heat oven to 425'
In a Dutch Oven place the chicken on the bottom.
Sprinkle the top with Paprika and Salt and Pepper.
Put in a BayLeaf
Cut the Linguiça in to bite size pieces and put in the Dutch Oven.
Open the Cans of Stewed Tomatoes and The Spaghetti Sauce and Pour on top.
Put the Lid on the Dutch Oven and Place in the oven
Cook at 425' for 15 minutes and then reduce the heat to 325' and cook for 3 hours.

To Cook the Rice:
Follow the instructions on the rice however instead of using water you are going to use the red sauce from cooking the chicken still using the same ratio.

To Serve put the rice down on the place and top with the chicken and Linguiça mixture.
