Ingredients:  
• 1 cup flour
• 1 cup cornmeal
• ¼ cup sugar
• ½ teas baking powder
• ½ teas baking soda
• ½ teas salt
• 1 egg, lightly beaten
• 1 cup (8 oz) sour cream
• 1/3 cup milk
• ¼ cup butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
1) Preheat oven to 400 degrees
2) Combine all dry ingredients
3) Combine egg, sour cream, milk and butter and stir into dry ingredients until just moistened
4) Fill greased muffin cups 2/3 full
5) Bake at 400 degrees for 15-18 minutes until toothpick interested in middle comes out clean
6) Serve warm
Yield: 15 muffins
