A pack of cucumber
a bunch of dill
tsp pickling spices
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp sugar
pinch of alum

Salt Brine:
3 cups water
1 cup vinegar
4 tbsp pickling salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. Bring water, vinegar, pickling salt to a boil and pour into heated sterilized jars. Add other ingredients, 5-6 weeks to cure, makes 2-3 jars worth.
