Pastry for 2 crust pie
cup chopped cooked shrimp and/or bacon/broccoli
cup sliced green onion
1 cup (4 oz) shredded swiss cheese
cup mayonnaise
2 eggs
⅓ cup milk
tsp salt
tsp dried dill weed

Directions:
Directions:
1. On floured surface, roll of pastry into 12 circle. Cut 6 4 circles. Repeat with remaining pastry. Fit into twelve 2 1/2 muffin pan cups. Fill each with some shrimp/bacon/broccoli, onion and cheese. Beat remaining ingredients. Pour over cheese. Bake in 400f oven 15-20 minutes, or until browned. Makes 12.
