1 cup sliced onions
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 medium cut green pepper
½ cup sliced carrot
½ cup chopped celery
½ cup tomato sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
½ cup canned crushed pineapple

Directions:
Directions:
1. In skillet, cook vegetables over medium heat (stirring occasionally) until vegetables are tender-crisp, about 5 minutes. Reduce heat to low, stir in tomato sauce and soy sauce, let simmer for 3 minutes. Add pineapple and stir to combine cook until heated through, about 1 minute longer.
