1 lb (16oz) cottage cheese
3/4 c. oleo (margarine)
3 tsp flour
1 level tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together in saucepan and let set in warm place for 1 hour. Set on low heat, stirring constantly until melted and smooth. Add caraway seeds as desired. Enjoy!
