1 can (1 lb. 5 oz.) cherry pie filling
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 package Duncan Hines White Deluxe Cake Mix
c. chopped nuts, if desired
c. (1 stick) melted butter or margarine
Sweetened whipped cream, ice cream or coffee cream

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Spread pie filling on the bottom of the 9 inch square baking pan. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Combine dry cake mix, nuts and melted butter. Mixture will be crumbly. Sprinkle over pie filling.
Bake at 350 for 40 to 50 minutes until golden brown. Serve with ice cream, whipped cream or serve warm with coffee cream.
