Crust:
c. sweetened cream butter, softened
⅓ c. all purpose flour
c. sugar

Filling:
2 eggs
c. sugar
2 tbsp. all purpose flour
tsp. baking powder
3 tbsp lemon juice
confectioner's sugar

Directions:
Preheat oven: 350
In 1- qt. mixer bowl, combine crust ingredients. Mix on low speed until blended (1 min.). Pat into ungreased 8" sq. baking pan. Bake near center of 350 oven for 15 to 20 min. or until brown on edges. Meanwhile, prepare filling. Pour filling over partially baked crust. Return to oven for 18 to 20 min. or until set. Sprinkle with confectioner's sugar. Cool.
Filling: In 1- qt. bowl combine all filling ingredients. Blend well.
Makes 16 bars.
