Dough: Place the first 8 ingredients in mixing bowl, Dissolve yeast in warm water add to mixing bowl.
Beat well, until dough is smooth, Let rise for an hour.
Filling: Mix margarine and sugar, then add rest of ingredients
After rising, divide the dough in 4
Roll out into big circle
Smear with a drop of oil, then with filling.
Slice like a pizza, into about 1½ inch slices
Roll each slice and place on lined cookie sheet leaving room in between each one
Brush with beaten egg
Bake until slightly golden
Roll out dough into a rectangle
Smear with a drop of oil, then with filling
Roll up, then twist babka style
Put in pan and let rise for 15-20 minutes
Crumble together struesel ingredients.
Brush cakes with beaten egg and sprinkle the struesel crumbs generously and evenly
Bake for 45 minutes
