Sweet and Sour Chicken Recipe

1 Pack Chicken Cutlets, cut into small pieces
Oil, for frying

1 can pineapple chunks, with juice
Red pepper thinly sliced
1 onion thinly Sliced
cup ketchup
brown sugar
cup duck sauce

Cut Chicken into small pieces.
Coat each piece with egg, then flour.
Fry chicken nuggets.
Place on prepared paper towel to absorb excess oil.
Then place chicken in 9x13.

Combine sauce ingredients.
Pour over Chicken
Bake on 350 for 30-40 minutes
