10-12 chicken drumettes
½ c. honey
2 tbsp mustard
2 tbsp lemon juice
⅓ c. ketchup
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp salt
1 tbsp corn starch, dissolved in 1½ tbsp water

Place drumettes in a parchment-lined 9x13 baking tray
Combine sauce ingredients
Pour sauce over chicken and bake on 350º for 30-35 minutes

You can also use 4-6 pieces of regular chicken bottoms and cook covered for 1 1/2 hours, and uncovered for another 1/2 hour.
