Ingredients:  
tsp pepper
c. flour
1 tsp baking powder
6 medium/large potatoes
1 large onion, grated
3 eggs
3 tsp salt (to taste)
Oil, for frying

Directions:
Directions:
Grate/Shred Onion and potatoes in food processor
Add remaining ingredients and mix well
Drop spoonfuls of mixture into heated oil, and brown on both sides until crispy
Remove from pot and place on prepared paper towel to absorb excess oil
