1 cup butter softened
1 cup vegetable oil
1 cup sugar
1 cup powdered sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla
4 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cream of tarter

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, beat the butter, oil and sugar. Beat in eggs until well blended, Beat in vanilla. Combine flour, baking soda and cream of tartar; gradually add to creamed mixture.

Drop by small teaspoonfuls onto engrossed baking sheet. Bake at 375º until lightly browned, 8-10 minutes. Remove to wire racks to cool.
