8 quarts of water
4 oz crab boil seasoning
2 beers
16 medium potatoes (quartered)
4 large sweet onions (cut in wedges)
4 lbs smoked sausage (cut in 2" pieces)
16 ears of corm (halved)
8 lbs large shrimp in shells
(SERVES 15 with extra potatoes)

Smaller batch
6 qts water
3 oz crab boil seasoning
1 1/2 beers
12 medium potatoes (quartered)
3 large sweet onions (cut in wedge
3 lbs smoked sausage (cut in 2 " pieces)
12 ears of corn halved
6 lbs shrimp

Boil beer
Add potatoes and onion cook 8 minutes
Add smoke sausage cook 5 minutes
Add corn cook 7 minutes
Add shrimp cook 4 minutes or until pink
