20 Oreo Chocolate Sandwich Cookies
¼ c. (1/2 stick) butter
1 package (4 serving size) cookies'n cream flavor instant pudding & pie filling
1½ c. powdered sugar
½ c. boiling water
½ c. Planters Cocktail Peanuts, chopped
½ c. miniature marshmallows
2 squares semi-sweet baking chocolate

Finely crush cookies; set aside. Microwave butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 30 seconds or until completely melted. Add cookie crumbs; mix well. Press crumb mixture firmly into bottom of 9 inch square pan.
Mix dry pudding mix, sugar and boiling water until well blended. Pour over crust; spread to completely cover crust. Sprinkle peanuts and marshmallows.
Place chocolate squares in microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 45 seconds; stir until chocolate is completely melted. Drizzle over marshmallows. Refrigerate 1 hour or until set. Cut into 20 bars to serve. Store leftovers bars in refrigerator.
