1 package Duncan Hines White Deluxe Cake Mix
1 can (1 lb. 14 ounces) apricot halves, drained
3 tbsp. brown sugar
½ c. chopped pecans, if desired
½ c. (1 stick) butter or melted margarine, melted
1 c. brown sugar
Sour cream, sweetened whipped cream or ice cream

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange apricots in the bottom of a 9-inch square pan. Sprinkle with 3 tablespoons brown sugar. Blend dry cake mix, nuts, melted butter and 1 cup brown sugar. (Mixture will be crumbly.) Sprinkle over apricots.
Bake at 350º for 45-50 minutes, until golden brown. Serve warm with sour cream, sweetened whipped cream or ice cream.
