lb. sliced bacon
c. chopped onion
c. chopped green pepper
12 eggs
1 c. milk
1 package (16 oz.) thawed hash browns
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
tsp. pepper
tsp. dill weed

Directions:
Directions:
Cook bacon, drain and crumble. Saute onion and green pepper in bacon drippings. Beat eggs and milk in large bowl. Stir in everything else. Pour into greased 13X9X2 baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350 for 35-45 minutes until inserted knife comes out clean.
