2 Anaheim Peppers diced
1 Jalapeno diced
1 Red Bell Pepper diced
1 Medium Onion diced
6 cloves Garlic
1 Package Hot Italian Sausage
1 T Italian Seasoning
1 tsp. Onion Powder
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
1 tsp. Pepper
1 tsp. Salt
2 Bay Leaves

1. Brown Hot Italian Sausage over medium heat until cooked and place on side.
2. Dice and saute peppers and onions over medium heat.
3. Add garlic and saute for one minute.
4. Add liquids, spices and meat and simmer over low heat for 30 minutes.
5. Serve over Rotini noodles.
