2 c. onions
4 tbsp.butter
4 lb. cubed beef
2 tbsp.. flour
2 c. beer
1tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. salt
tsp. pepper
1 tsp. sugar
2 bay leaves
2 c. beer
tsp. thyme
3 tbsp. parsley



Directions:
Directions:
Brown onions in butter. Remove them and brown meat in remaining butter. Sprinkle flour over meat. Add the rest of the remaining ingredients to the browned beef and onions mixture. Bake in 350 oven for 3 hours in covered pan.
