¼ cup light or regular herbed cream cheese
2 tbsp milk
2 tsp lemon juice
pinch of salt and pepper
pinch nutmeg
1 bag (10 oz/284g) spinach, cooked and drained

1. In a skillet or saucepan, whisk together cream cheese, milk, lemon juice, salt, pepper and nutmeg over medium-low heat until melted and smooth. Finely chop spinach, add to cheese mixture and cook, stirring, until blended and hot, about 2 minutes.
