1 Medium Onion diced
3 Bell Peppers diced
2 Anaheim Peppers diced
3 Jalapenos, seeded and diced
1/2 Habanero Pepper diced
6 cloves Garlic
1.5 pounds Ground Beef
1/2 T Paprika
1/2 T Cumin
1/4 T Oregano
1/2 Cup Dark Chili Powder
2 T Brown Sugar
2 T Red Wine Vinegar
2 T Worchestshire Sauce
Splash of beer
28 oz Tomato Sauce
28 oz Diced Tomatoes
15 oz Dark Red Kidney Beans
15 oz Black Beans
32 oz Beef Broth

1. Brown meat and add spices. Once browned, remove from heat and place on side.
2. Dice peppers and onion and saute half over medium heat. Take second half and finely dice/chop to a pulp. Once first half is halfway cooked, add the pepper/onion pulp.
3. Add garlic and saute for one minute.
4. Add remaining ingredients.
5. Simmer on low for 2 hours and enjoy.
