Lasagna Recipe

Lasagna noodles 9 to 10
large container ricotta cheese
parmesan cheese
1 egg
jar spagetti sauce
Italian sausage
ground beef
1 can tomato paste
1/4 cup red wine for sauce
mozzarella cheese

In a pan fry ground beef and sausage together total about 1 1/2 pounds meat.
add garlic oregano and wine then add sauce and tomato paste.
Simmer together then set aside

In a seperate bowl, put ricotta cheese 1/4 cup parmesan cheese 1 egg and parsley and mix together.

Boil noodles in large pot with a little oil in water.

When all done take 13x 9 glass pan
start with bottom layer of sauce, then layer noodles, then ricotta cheese mix
on top of noodles
Then sauce, then mozzarella cheese then noodles, ricotta cheese , sauce cheese on top

bake 350 40 min
