2 Anaheim Chiles diced
1 Jalapeno Pepper diced
1 Medium Vidalia Onion diced
3 Large Tomatoes diced
6 Cloves Garlic diced
1 Shredded Rotisserie Chicken pulled
1 T Chili Powder
2 tsp. Cumin
2 tsp. Pepper
1 tsp. Salt
46 oz. Chicken Broth
28 oz. Tomato Sauce
28 oz. Diced Tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
1. Dice and sautee peppers and onions over medium heat until translucent
2. Add tomatoes and garlic. Sautee for one minute.
3. Add liquids, chicken and spices.
4. Simmer over low heat for 4 hours.
5. Refrigerate overnight.
6. Reheat and enjoy.
