1 small onion, chopped
2 tablespoons flour
teaspoon salt
3 cups milk
2 cups potatoes, diced and cooked
cup celery, chopped
Dash of pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in saucepan. Add onion and celery and cook until tender, not brown.
Blend in flour and salt. Add milk gradually, stirring constantly. Cook over
medium heat, stirring until mixture thickens and bubbles. Add potatoes. Remove
from heat when soup bubbles again. Add pepper to taste.
