2 # chicken drumsticks/legs
4 T cranberry sauce/relish
2 T maple syrup (good quality)
2 T olive oil
1 tsp dried sage

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a gallon Ziploc bag, adding large pinch of salt and pepper. Seal and massage to coat evenly; lay flat in single layer to marinade 1 hour @ room temperature or refrigerate overnight, turning occasionally. Pour all into greased baking pan in a single layer, bake at 375⁰ for about 45 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
