2 cups finely chopped cabbage
2 tsp. Lime Juice
2 T. Red Onion or Green Onions, chopped
2 tsp. Jalapeno Pepper, thinly sliced (or more if you like it spicy)
1 T. Cilantro, chopped
Salt to taste
½ Cup ripe Tomatoes, chopped

Directions:

Mix all ingrdients in meduim bowl. Cover and refrigerate until ready to eat.
This is yummy on fish tacos.
Top with sour cream and salsa or hot sauce.
