c. soft butter
3 eggs
1 c. cooked pruned
1 sugar
t. salt
1 t. soda
t. powder
1 t. cinnamon
1 t. nutmeg
1 t. allspice
1 c. buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, and beat well. Add chopped, cooked prunes, that have been drained. Mix remaining dry ingredients. Add dry ingredients, alternately, with 1 c. buttermilk. Pour into greased and floured bundt pan. Bake at 35-40 min. at 350

Very moist flavorful cake that no one realizes what is in it. I always tell people that it is a "Fruit Spice Cake" tlh
