microwave pumpkin that's been cut into halves or quarters
Use only pie pumpkins
water into bowls to microwave cook high for 20 min

Or bake pumpkins in water for 1 hour when tender, scoop out pumpkin
into blender, and puree. PUREE WELL

sugar
pie spice
ginger
cloves
evaporated milk
2 eggs
3 cups pumpkin

Directions:
Directions:
Take puree from blender and put into a bowl. Add 1 cup sugar, 2 eggs
3 cups pumpkin 1 tablespoon pie spice
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/4 cloves
enough evaporated milk to make it creamy not watery. about 6 to 12 oz

bake 350 till pick comes out clean
